Welcome to Crown Sofas!

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, just give us a shout—we’re always happy to help.

1. About Us

We are a UK-based furniture manufacturer and retailer, selling directly to the public. All our products are designed and built in-house using high-quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers.

2. Orders & Payment

            •           Orders can be placed online through our website or over the phone.

            •           Payment is either cash on delivery or online.

            •           We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.

            •           Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

3. Pricing

            •           All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).

            •           We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing on confirmed orders will not be affected.

            •           No hidden charges—what you see is what you pay.

4. Delivery

            •           We deliver across the UK mainland using our in-house two-person delivery team.

            •           You will be given a delivery window at least one week in advance.

            •           Delivery includes placement of the item in the room of your choice and basic assembly (if required).

            •           It is your responsibility to ensure access is suitable for delivery. Please check dimensions before ordering.

            •           Missed deliveries or restricted access may result in redelivery fees.

          •        5. Returns

            •           If you’re not 100% happy, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

            •           You can choose to:

            •           Return the product for a full refund.

            •           Exchange it for a different size, style, or colour.

            •           You must contact us within 14 days to be eligible for a change of mind return. You will need to arrange the return of the goods to our warehouse.

            •           If you wish for us to collect the items, a collection charge will apply. A quotation will be provided to you within 24hrs of request. The collection charge will need to be paid before we can arrange the collection.

            •          

            •           Returned items must be in as-new condition. We reserve the right to deduct fees for any damage or signs of misuse.

            •           Custom or bespoke orders may be excluded from our standard return policy.

6. Warranty

            •           Every sofa and chair come with a 2-year warranty on all parts: fabrics, leathers, fillings, feet, and springs.

            •           Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect care or cleaning.

7. Cancellations

            •           Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

            •           After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has already begun.

            •           Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Custom & Bespoke Orders

            •           Custom orders are made to your specifications and may include special fabrics, fillings, or dimensions.

            •           These items are non-refundable unless faulty.

            •           Lead times may vary based on materials and complexity—details will be confirmed before production begins.

9. Product Descriptions & Materials

            •           We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, materials, and colours. However, screen displays can vary, and minor differences may occur.

            •           Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, or leather finish are part of the character of our materials.

10. Liability

            •           We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, supply chain disruptions, or extreme weather).

            •           Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
